Well written Chris. I’ve found admitting when you’ve made a bad decision and taking the action to rectify the situation to be particularly positive for all concerned. It shows integrity and courage to the group
A thought provoking reflection. Leadership takes courage in all environments. Doing the right thing when it requires tough de visions isn't easy and we don't always get it right. "There is a right way to be wrong" is incredibly important - I'm adding this to my list of favourite statements!
Thanks, Corinna. There are some jobs where moral courage is needed more than others. You showed courage in those jobs when others were unwilling to do so. You have taught me about courage over the years. I appreciate the continued support to The Greater Good!
I thoroughly enjoyed your reflective stance as it is a gentle reminder for me to let some things go and remain steadfast on other issues despite the “blowback” and scrutiny of others. What is right very often takes you down a lonely road and you have to be comfortable in your own silence. You inspire me my friend and are one of the most amazing humans I have ever had the privilege to meet, know and work alongside. A privilege for me indeed.
That's very kind, Mo. Letting things go also takes courage. The courage to wrestle with our own issues and stay focused on the really important things - family and friends are at the top of the list for me. Thanks for the beautiful comment.

Thanks, Rick. Owning your mistakes is an important step in building trust and demonstrating humility as a leader.
Love it. The words “courage is as unique as a fingerprint” hit home for sure.
Thanks for the note, Alaina. Always nice to hear from one of our Northern Sentinels. I am Invictus!

A very thoughtful reflection to help guide institutional leaders in these uncertain times.
Thanks for the kind words, Guy. You are someone who is providing an example of courage with a strong, public voice on the need to do defence better.
